Digilogue Communications is a decade-old company that provides services related to enterprise/organization-owned media. We create, develop, design, conceptualize and operate digital publication properties of companies – from text to video, from graphics to illustrations. We work with large global companies and are looking to expand our footprint.

Responsibilities for Content Writer

  • Content Writer responsibilities include writing content in different formats, conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a flair for writing across different formats of content, both for conventional media and social media It is essential to have strong communication insight, an eye for detail, good command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to create content that delights readers. The candidate should have the ability to think differently and convert corporate content and information into interesting reads.
  • Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, take briefs, get content including graphics and videos approved and make sure individual client deliverables are met.
  • Important to understand brands, keep track of news and developments and be generally aware of the world around us.
  • Work with CMS to upload and publish content.
  • Coordinate with software and design teams.
  • Familiarity with each client’s requirements and the company’s brand image, products, and services.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
  • Identify client’s needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics.

 

Qualification & Skills

  • At least 2-3 year of background in content writing in a media house or journal or equivalent core writing experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, English or any equivalent course.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
  • Portfolio of published articles.
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • IT fluency and awareness of the digital environment.
  • Creative talents and the ability to ideate.
  • Ability to build knowledge of the industry and be abreast of current events.
  • Strong leadership.
